Introduction

Praise the Lord our GOD for He does every Good work in our midst. I am Pastor Vincent Barasa Maina of Revival Gospel Church, LangaLanga Estate, Nakuru, Kenya, East Africa. I also direct Revival Ministries, which has four local churches in the villages. It is a young Church of about 70 members. Twelve men regularly attend the church service. Eighteen women do attend the church services. The rest are the youths 20, and 25 children who are dedicated to God. We are also running a nursery school for the children from the slums.

I am from the Western part of Kenya in Bungoma district
while my wife is from Eastern Province of Kenya in Makueni
I was born in a typical Kenyan family of peasant parents. My father is Jackson Maina and my mother is Rosemary. They own a small plot in the rural part, Kimwanga, Bumgoma, and Western Kenya. We are a family of twelve, five boys and seven girls. I am the fourth born.

Roots of Ministry

During my school days in 1988 a Missionary by name James T. Freeman visited our school on a fact-finding mission and he spoke about salvation by faith through the grace of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. That time I was among those that made a lasting decision to be born again. Since that time, for over 13 years that I have been in salvation and the faith.

We are in the field and trusting upon God to lead us through our vision of having a powerful ministry of God's own standard and that God may use me mightily to reach at least 200,000 souls every year. We have already accomplished half only in seminars. Workshops. Revival, meetings, Discipleship, house and open air evangelism.

In Zechariah 4:9 KJV, and I believe that is what He is saying to us about the Ministry he told us to establish. It is time to stand with us in completing the work given. We are working tirelessly. What we have started I know that God will finish accomplishing, technology possible to spread the word of God and message of the cross and of great salvation by grace of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.
