Maximum Miracle Center (MMC) - is a charitable non .- profit making church organization
founded in 1990.
As a church organization, M.M.C works to reach the lost with the gospel everywhere
in Kenya. It also works to improve the standard of lives both in the urban and rural
communities.

It is a legally registered organization with a strong grass root network of about
seventy branches country wide. Nakuru M.M.C Branch is one of these branches of
M.M.C Kenya that was established in February 2003.

 MMC is located in Nakuru town in Kisulisuli area, 5Kms from the town centre.
It was started by Pastor Samuel Maina Kimotho with his wife Jacqueline Kimotho,
with two other families at a rented kitchen at the Y.M.C.A Nakuru Branch, since
they do not have enough funds to purchase a plot to put up a church building.
Given that the people who they minister to are poor, it is a struggle
to pay rent.
However, the church has grown rapidly to approximately 200 regular
members
and it has kept on touching the community through evangelism and feeding of the
less fortunate in the community once a week.
Our
Church has grown to apprx 200 people and we are in a new location.
Our location at Y.M.C.A is between the upper class in the Northern side and
the poor community in the Southern side which is a vast slum with an alarming
population.
VISION
We are a cell based church built on the Apostolic and the Prophetic
foundation for the purpose of being light to the dark world by
fulfilling the great commission
.

MINISTRY INFORMATIONWe are
highly involved in evangelistic campaigns in both villages and soon
planning to reach cities.

structure system. |

community around us. |

Our objective being touching the community body, soul and spirit has made us to see
the felt needs in the community around us.
Problem Statement
A survey done revealed that in this community there are cases of teenage
marriages;
without knowledge of modern reproductive health, resulting in a big number of
children whom the parents cannot cater for.
This results in health problems, as well as malnutrition and the health facilities
around are far from the neighborhood.
Many lives have been lost which would have been saved otherwise. Although
primary education in Kenya is now free, due to the high number of children, parents
are not able to take them to nursery schools, majority of which are private owned and
very expensive.
Many of these parents are semi - literate, being school dropouts due to early
marriages, lack of school fees, ignorance by parents to take their children to school,
single parenthood e.t.c.
This has contributed to low moral standards without observing Christian ethics which
in the end results into family breakages, prostitutions, suicide, street children and HIV / AIDS as
well as illegal ways of earning income for survival.
